BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Booking Terms and Conditions define the respective rights and obligations of the parties in connection with bookings made with Pandora Sanary.
All bookings are subject to these General Booking Terms and Conditions, the House Rules and the Privacy Policy, which are available on the Pandora Sanary website.
ARTICLE 2 – OCCUPANCY AND FAMILIES
The person making the booking must be at least eighteen (18) years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and be authorised to act on behalf of all guests participating in the stay.
Each accommodation is offered within its stated maximum occupancy. The number of guests staying in the accommodation may not exceed the number declared at the time of booking without Pandora Sanary’s prior written consent.
Pandora Sanary is particularly suited to adult guests and families with children aged twelve (12) and over.
The presence and ages of any minors must be disclosed at the time of booking so that Pandora Sanary can confirm that the chosen accommodation is suitable for the party.
Throughout the stay, minors remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents, legal representatives or accompanying adults.
Access to and use of the swimming pool are subject to Pandora Sanary’s safety instructions and House Rules. Minors may only use the swimming pool under the effective and continuous supervision of a responsible adult.
ARTICLE 3 – RATES
Rates vary according to the season, the dates of the stay, the accommodation selected and any additional services chosen.
The prices shown apply to the number of guests declared at the time of booking.
For stays of four (4) nights or more in the Pandora Suite, a 10% discount applies during low and mid-season, excluding public holidays.
All applicable taxes, mandatory charges and additional services are disclosed to the guest before the booking is confirmed.
ARTICLE 4 – STAY FEE AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional services are offered at the rates stated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
Services available for both accommodations:
• Breakfast: €14 per person per day, unless expressly stated as included in the booking. Breakfast is free for children under 5 years old;
• Electric vehicle charging, subject to prior approval: €20 per charge.
Specific provisions for the Pandora Premium Studio
A mandatory stay fee of €80 is charged once for every stay in the Pandora Premium Studio, irrespective of the length of the stay.
This fee covers the services and operating costs associated with organising the stay, including:
• administrative preparation before arrival;
• welcoming guests and completing check-in;
• the arrival inspection;
• management of the guest area and associated services;
• organisation and inspection of check-out;
• the departure inspection;
• general operating costs associated with the stay.
This fee is not a cleaning fee and does not exempt guests from complying with the care and departure instructions set out in the House Rules.
Before departure, guests must complete the actions shown in their guest area regarding dishes, waste, used linen, equipment and the return of keys and remote controls.
Additional cleaning made necessary by an abnormally dirty condition of the accommodation, failure to comply with the departure instructions, or the presence of waste, dishes or equipment requiring special intervention may be charged separately. Any such charge will be duly justified.
Linen for the Pandora Premium Studio
The Pandora Premium Studio may be booked with or without linen. Guests may bring their own linen or reserve the following services before arrival:
• Complete bed linen set: €30 per bed and per stay.
This set includes pillowcases, a duvet cover and a fitted sheet;
• Bath linen set: €10 per person and per stay.
This set includes one large bath towel and one hand towel;
• Beach set: €5 per person and per stay.
This set includes one beach towel.
Linen services are optional and separate from the mandatory stay fee.
Any additional service that has been ordered and paid for but cannot ultimately be provided by Pandora Sanary will be refunded in full.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT CARD GUARANTEE
A payment card guarantee of up to €300 is required for each stay.
The payment method is registered and securely stored by our payment provider, Stripe. Pandora Sanary does not have access to the full payment card number.
Registering the payment method does not constitute a charge and does not result in the amount of €300 being blocked.
In the event of confirmed damage, additional cleaning costs, or the loss or non-return of keys, remote controls or equipment provided to the guest, all or part of this amount may be charged, up to a maximum of €300.
Any charge will be justified, and the guest will be informed of its reason and amount.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT OF THE STAY
The outstanding balance for the stay must be paid in full no later than fifteen (15) days before the scheduled arrival date, unless Pandora Sanary has provided written authorisation for payment upon arrival.
If payment is not received within this period, Pandora Sanary reserves the right to cancel the booking in accordance with these General Booking Terms and Conditions.
Any additional services ordered or used during the stay remain payable and may be invoiced separately.
ARTICLE 7 – CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
More than thirty (30) days before arrival:
• all amounts paid will be refunded in full.
Between thirty (30) and fifteen (15) days before arrival:
• 30% of the total price of the stay remains payable to Pandora Sanary.
Fewer than fifteen (15) days before arrival:
• 100% of the total price of the stay remains payable.
In the event of a no-show:
• 100% of the total price of the stay remains payable.
In the event of early departure:
• no refund will be issued.
ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION INSURANCE
No cancellation insurance is included in the rates.
Guests are responsible for taking out any insurance they consider appropriate, particularly insurance covering cancellation, interruption of the stay, damage and incidents that may occur during the journey.
ARTICLE 9 – CANCELLATION BY PANDORA SANARY
If Pandora Sanary is required to cancel a booking before the beginning of the stay for reasons beyond the guest’s control, the guest will be informed immediately.
All amounts paid in connection with the affected booking will be refunded in full.
No additional compensation may be claimed, except where otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
ARTICLE 10 – ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival and departure times are stated in the booking confirmation and specified in the House Rules.
Unless otherwise indicated:
• check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.;
• check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
Guests are requested to provide their approximate arrival time before the beginning of the stay.
Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subject to Pandora Sanary’s prior approval and availability. An additional charge may apply and will be communicated to the guest before acceptance.
ARTICLE 11 – LIABILITY
Guests remain solely responsible for their personal belongings.
Pandora Sanary accepts no liability for the loss, theft, misplacement or damage of personal belongings, except where Pandora Sanary is legally liable.
The guest is responsible for any damage, deterioration or loss caused by the guest or any other person participating in the stay.
Minors present on the property remain under the exclusive supervision and responsibility of their parents, legal representatives or accompanying adults.
ARTICLE 12 – FORCE MAJEURE
Pandora Sanary will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of French law.
Depending on the circumstances, force majeure may include a natural disaster, fire, pandemic, government decision, major network outage or any other event that is unforeseeable, unavoidable and beyond Pandora Sanary’s control.
ARTICLE 13 – COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION AND DISPUTES
These General Booking Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any complaint relating to a booking or stay must be submitted to Pandora Sanary in writing as soon as possible.
The parties will attempt to reach an amicable settlement before initiating legal proceedings.
After submitting a written complaint to Pandora Sanary, and if no satisfactory response is received, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Pandora Sanary, under the conditions provided by the applicable regulations.
The contact details of the consumer mediator are available on the Pandora Sanary website and may also be obtained upon request.
If no amicable settlement can be reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent court in accordance with applicable French law.
ARTICLE 14 – ACCEPTANCE
A booking may only be confirmed after the guest has expressly accepted these General Booking Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy by selecting the relevant checkboxes during the booking process.
By confirming the booking, the guest also acknowledges having read the Pandora Sanary House Rules, made available before the booking, and agrees to comply with them throughout the stay.
The House Rules form an integral part of these General Booking Terms and Conditions.
