HOUSE RULES

ARTICLE 1 – ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out must take place no later than 11:00 a.m.
Any early arrival or late departure must be approved in advance by Pandora Sanary.
Any unauthorised late departure may result in a charge of €20 for each hour or part of an hour.
Subject to prior approval and availability, guests may continue to use certain shared facilities, including the swimming pool, after vacating their accommodation.
ARTICLE 2 – OCCUPANCY
Each accommodation may only be occupied by the number of guests declared at the time of booking and within its maximum permitted capacity.
Any additional undeclared guest is prohibited without prior approval from Pandora Sanary.
The presence and age of any minors must be disclosed when booking.
Minors staying at the property remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults.
Pandora Sanary reserves the right to refuse access to any undeclared person or to terminate a stay if these provisions are not respected, in accordance with the General Booking Terms and applicable law.
ARTICLE 3 – OUTSIDE VISITORS
Outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval from Pandora Sanary.
No guest, family member, friend or other third party may enter the property, accommodation, shared areas or swimming pool without prior authorisation.
The guest who made the booking remains responsible for the conduct of any authorised visitor.
ARTICLE 4 – PEACE AND QUIET
Pandora Sanary is a place intended for rest and relaxation.
Parties, private events, gatherings and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., both inside the accommodation and throughout the outdoor areas.
Devices playing music or other audio must be used at a reasonable volume and must not disturb other guests or neighbours.
Any serious or repeated breach may result in termination of the stay in accordance with the General Booking Terms and applicable law.
ARTICLE 5 – NO SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation.
This prohibition includes:
• cigarettes;
• electronic cigarettes;
• cigars;
• pipes;
• shisha or hookah;
• any other device producing smoke or vapour.
If this rule is not respected, the guest may be charged for any deodorising, specialist cleaning or restoration work required, subject to supporting evidence.
These costs may amount to up to €250 where justified by the work required.
ARTICLE 6 – PETS
Pets are only permitted with prior approval from Pandora Sanary.
Only animals no larger than an adult domestic cat may be accepted, except where specific legal provisions apply to assistance animals.
Pandora Sanary reserves the right to refuse an animal where suitable accommodation, safety or peaceful enjoyment of the property cannot be ensured.
Animals must remain under their owner’s supervision and must not cause any nuisance.
Any damage, nuisance or additional cleaning made necessary by an animal may be charged to its owner, subject to supporting evidence.
ARTICLE 7 – SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the property and persons expressly authorised by Pandora Sanary.
It is open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
These opening hours may be changed, or access may be temporarily suspended, because of weather conditions, maintenance, technical work, safety requirements or any other exceptional circumstance.
The swimming pool is unsupervised.
Children and other minors are never permitted to enter or use the swimming pool alone. They must remain under the effective, continuous and close supervision of their parents or accompanying adults.
The following are prohibited:
• running around the swimming pool;
• diving where conditions do not allow it;
• pushing anyone into the water;
• bringing glass objects into the pool area;
• using the pool outside the authorised opening hours;
• behaving in a dangerous or excessively noisy manner or disturbing other guests.
Users must respect the equipment, safety rules, peaceful enjoyment of the premises and any instructions issued by Pandora Sanary.
Pandora Sanary cannot be held liable for consequences resulting from carelessness, inadequate supervision, inappropriate use or failure to comply with these rules, without prejudice to any liability imposed by law.
ARTICLE 8 – BARBECUES
Charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited throughout the property.
Gas barbecues may only be used with prior approval from Pandora Sanary and exclusively in the designated area.
The user must remain present throughout use and ensure that the appliance is fully switched off afterwards.
Any unauthorised or dangerous use may result in the immediate withdrawal of permission to use the equipment.
Any damage or intervention costs resulting from improper use may be charged to the guest. Where the applicable conditions are met, such costs may be charged using the registered payment guarantee in accordance with the General Booking Terms.
ARTICLE 9 – ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
Charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles is prohibited without prior approval from Pandora Sanary.
When authorised, charging must take place exclusively through the socket or installation designated by the property.
A flat contribution of €20 is charged for each authorised charging session.
The use of extension leads, adapters or any unauthorised electrical installation is prohibited.
Unauthorised charging may result in an additional charge corresponding to the electricity used, intervention costs or any resulting damage.
Where the applicable conditions are met, such costs may be charged using the registered payment guarantee in accordance with the General Booking Terms.
ARTICLE 10 – USE AND RETURN OF THE PANDORA PREMIUM STUDIO
The Pandora Premium Studio is provided to the guest in a clean condition and with its facilities in proper working order.
During the stay, the guest must use the premises, furniture and equipment with care.
At the time of departure, the actions indicated in the guest area must be completed, including:
• emptying and cleaning the refrigerator;
• clearing and cleaning the table;
• emptying the dishwasher and putting away the dishes;
• emptying the kitchen and bathroom bins;
• removing used bed linen and placing it in the designated location;
• removing used towels and placing them in the designated location;
• emptying and cleaning the oven;
• emptying and cleaning the kitchen sink;
• emptying and cleaning the bathroom basin, shower and fittings;
• emptying and cleaning the Dolce Gusto coffee machine;
• emptying and cleaning the microwave;
• returning furniture and equipment to their original positions;
• returning all keys and remote controls.
These actions will be checked by Pandora Sanary at or after departure.
The mandatory stay fee does not exempt the guest from complying with these departure instructions.
ARTICLE 11 – CLEANLINESS AND ADDITIONAL CLEANING COSTS
The mandatory stay fee applicable to the Pandora Premium Studio is not a cleaning fee.
It covers, in particular, administration related to arrival, welcome and check-in, the arrival inspection, access to the guest area, organisation and verification of check-out, the departure inspection and various operating costs associated with the stay.
The accommodation must be returned in a normally clean condition and in accordance with the departure instructions.
Any intervention made necessary by an abnormally dirty condition, excessive waste, unwashed dishes, significant stains, persistent odours or a clear failure to follow the departure instructions may result in additional cleaning charges.
These charges must correspond to the actual or reasonably assessed cost of the necessary work and must be supported by appropriate evidence.
Where the applicable conditions are met, these costs may be charged using the registered payment guarantee in accordance with the General Booking Terms.
ARTICLE 12 – LINEN, FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
Where linen is provided or booked, it must be used only for its intended purpose.
In particular, linen must not be used to clean floors, shoes, outdoor equipment, heavily pigmented cosmetic products or any surface likely to damage it.
Furniture, appliances and equipment must be used in accordance with their normal intended purpose.
Any damage, disappearance or loss of linen, furniture, equipment or accessories may be charged at the actual cost of cleaning, repair or replacement.
ARTICLE 13 – KEYS, REMOTE CONTROLS AND ACCESS DEVICES
Keys, remote controls, badges and other access devices provided to the guest must be kept safely and returned at the time of departure.
Any loss, damage or failure to return them may result in the following charges:
• key: up to €120;
• badge, remote control or other access device: up to €45.
Any additional locksmith, reprogramming, call-out or replacement costs will remain payable by the guest, subject to supporting evidence.
Where the applicable conditions are met, these amounts may be charged using the registered payment guarantee in accordance with the General Booking Terms.
ARTICLE 14 – DAMAGE
The guest is responsible for any damage, loss or deterioration caused by the guest, accompanying persons, authorised visitors or any animal under the guest’s responsibility.
Any damage identified during the stay or after departure may be charged at the actual cost of cleaning, repair, replacement or restoration.
Pandora Sanary may use the registered payment guarantee, up to the maximum amount of €300, in accordance with the General Booking Terms.
Any amount charged must be proportionate to the damage identified and accompanied by information and supporting evidence.
Where the amount of the damage exceeds the maximum €300 guarantee, Pandora Sanary retains the right to claim the outstanding amount by any lawful means.
ARTICLE 15 – LIABILITY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal belongings remain under the guest’s responsibility.
Pandora Sanary cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, misplacement or damage of personal belongings, except where Pandora Sanary is legally liable.
Guests are responsible for properly securing their accommodation and taking the necessary precautions to protect their belongings.
Minors present on the property remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
Any incident, damage or malfunction must be reported to Pandora Sanary as soon as possible so that appropriate action can be taken.
ARTICLE 16 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE HOUSE RULES
These House Rules are provided or made available to the guest before or during the stay.
Confirmation of the booking and, where applicable, selection of the corresponding acceptance box confirm that the guest has read and accepted the General Booking Terms and these House Rules.
Entering the property and using the accommodation or facilities further confirms this acceptance.
The guest agrees to comply with these rules and to ensure that all accompanying persons also comply with them.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach, Pandora Sanary may take any necessary and proportionate action, including restricting access to equipment, requiring the disturbance to cease or terminating the stay, in accordance with the General Booking Terms and applicable law.
